During 4th General Assembly (GA) of U-3ARC, which is held on November 7, 8 and 9, 2024 in Tunis, on the theme "Refrigeration unites Africa for its development", a new Executive Board was installed by the Election Committee on Friday, November 8.

In parallel with its work at the General Assembly in Tunis, U-3ARC elected its new Executive Board. The authorities at the head of the Executive Board, who have just completed a 4-year term, should be renewed. After the votes, organized by the Election Committee, it emerged that President Madi Sakandé has re-elected.
The new full Board of U-3ARC is as follows:
President: Madi Sakandé (Burkina Faso)
Vice-President: Saïd El Harch (Morocco)
Secretary General: Adlain Florent EYARMWEN NKIE AKAN (DRC)
Deputy Secretary General: Alain Tchoua (Cameroon)
Treasurer: Lassine Katilé (Mali)
Deputy Treasurer: Abderrahmane Kimba (Niger)
Secretary in charge of Communication and External Relations: Basile SEBURIKOKO (Rwanda)
Deputy Secretary in charge of Communication and External Relations: Sokhna Fall (Senegal)
Secretary of Women's Mobilization: Raoudha Massaoudi (Tunisia)
Deputy Secretary of Women's Mobilization: Sarah Nakanyika (Zambia)
Organized in advance by an Elections Commission, chaired by Ms. Clotilde Guidi Tognon, whose Secretariat was provided by Mr. Zouhaier Landoulsi, who received the applications, the election was finalized by a dedicated Committee.
While for most of the positions, there was only one candidate, those of Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General and Deputy Secretary of Women's Mobilization received two applications respectively...
At the end of the work, the new Board was congratulated and wished good luck, by the General Assembly, as the challenges are significant in RAC sector in Africa.
