The Union of African Associations of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Actors (U-3ARC), federations of African professional associations in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration sector, intends to hold its 4th General Assembly, from November 2 to 4, 2023 in Ouagadougou, capital of Burkina Faso.
