A group of technicians from the refrigeration sector of the Pan-African union, U-3ARC, are staying in Italy from May 29 to June 9, 2023. After a certifying training in Bologna at the Centro Studi Galileo, they will travel to Milan to attend the European Conference on New Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technologies.
Definitely U-3ARC (Union of African Associations of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Actors) takes on the training of African technicians and refrigeration engineers in the management of new technology refrigeration systems and the management of flammable refrigerants. The game is worth the candle, as the break in the technical approach differs from what has been done so far. A lack of training in the handling and management of flammable refrigerants can have incalculable harmful consequences.
In this wake, a training and certification session is organized by the Italian training institute, Centro Studi Galileo, for U-3ARC members. It is scheduled in Bologna and starts this Monday, May 29 and ends on June 1, 2023. The participating technicians, coming from Burkina Faso, Comoros, DR Congo, Morocco, Rwanda, Togo, Tunisia and Uganda, will benefit from Workshops and training courses within the company New Cold System Srl, logistics headquarters in the Emilia Romagna region, of the institute.
Building skills
This training aims to strengthen the technical skills of African refrigeration engineers and technicians in the management of new technology refrigeration systems, but also in the management of flammable refrigerants.
Note that at the end of this training, the African delegation will travel to Milan from June, 8 to 9 to participate in the 20th European Conference on New Technologies for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
During this conference, U-3ARC and IIF (International Institute of Refrigeration) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding.
