Stephen Ngoma born 10 June 1976, currently working for a mining company has been practicing refrigeration and air-conditioning since 1998. He is the founding president of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Association of Zambia. Also specialized in medical refrigeration. Mr Ngoma is a National Ozone Unit trainer with Zambia Environmental Management Agency. He has been involved in the training of refrigeration technicians in good refrigeration practice. He is also involved in training of Customs officers and environmental inspectors.
